“I explore themes surrounding the life force of water in my glass by building texture through precious metals, layering and sandblasting'

Born and raised on the island of Bermuda where weather and storms have a huge impact on the environment, water and the elements have been a focal point for my work with glass. With over 10 years of working with glass I've taught myself techniques of how to work with copper, silver and gold combined with hot glass to create a layering and mixing metals within the glass.
After graduating from Edinburgh Art College with a degree in Glass design, I worked in London for glass artists after which I began my practice.

My glass has evolved to include lighting and wall installations which have commissioned both in London and Bermuda. My collections follow narratives which begin with the life force that is water; with cloud forms, oceans and the impact of storms. I'm drawn to capturing these storms in my wall panels and objects.

International commissions include commissions from private clients, boutique hotel and cruise-liners.
